On July 23rd, 2010, Attorney General Eric Holder signed final regulations revising the Justice Department's ADA regulations. The new revisions will require pools, wave pools, lazy rivers, kiddie pools, and spas to have accessible means of entry/exit for people with disabilities. These new rules will take effect in 6 months and compliance will be required within 18 months of publication in the Federal Register. Find out what this means to your business. Stay informed.
